Intern, Organizational Learning (Fall 2026)

Job Summary
During the internship, contribute to analyzing training needs and developing training plans to ensure compliance; participate in deploying a strategic project focused on securing knowledge transfer; take part in a research initiative with the Canada Research Chair in Organizational Learning at HEC; contribute to the development of improvement solutions after understanding the team’s environment and processes; become familiar with the BTalent Learning competency management system. Requires currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with at least two semesters completed, strong communication skills in French and English, good organizational and planning skills, customer service orientation, and a willingness to travel to Montreal sites (Dorval, St-Laurent, Pointe-Claire). Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) is expected; Power BI is an asset. Flexible workplace with Hybrid arrangement for an 8-month internship open to students only; occasional travel outside Canada may be required for training/work purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- completed at least two semesters in the program
- bilingual (French and English)
- strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- good organizational and planning skills
- customer service orientation
- willingness to travel to Montreal sites (Dorval, St-Laurent, Pointe-Claire)
- strong computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office); Power BI is an asset
