Job Summary
Assist in coordinating office logistics including maintenance, supplies, and office equipment. Maintain records related to office inventory, safety protocols, and facility usage. Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Assist in onboarding processes for new employees, including access card preparation. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
