Intern, Operations (Singapore — Bugis Street) supports liaising with tenants on outstanding fit-out submissions after renovation, assists in preparing documents for Environment Health and Sustainability audits, and participates in Capex work preparations for 2026. Performs day-to-day operations, conducts daily site walks with cleaning supervisors and technicians to ensure cleanliness and identify building defects, assists in compiling a new list of M&E equipment, and supports other operations matters or ad-hoc duties as required.
