Job Summary
Support production activities covering safety, quality, delivery, and planning. Assist the Production Leader in identifying, assessing, and managing risks using the Rolls-Royce production system. Produce effective production schedules within agreed cost, timescale, and resource estimates. Ensure realistic production and quality plans are prepared and maintained, tracking activities against the plan and providing regular reports to stakeholders. Monitor costs, timescales, and resource usage, highlighting deviations while ensuring delivered systems are implemented within parameters. Manage the change control procedure and ensure production deliverables are completed within planned budgets and appropriately signed off. Prepare production, programme, and portfolio reports using data from the Production Leader and information systems.
Required Qualifications
- Students in Engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.)
- A strong drive to succeed and a willingness to see projects and tasks through to completion
- A strategic, structured, and process-oriented approach to work
