Intern, Operations role in CapitaLand Group (Singapore). You will be attached to the Housekeeping Department and report to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Housekeeping during the internship. Responsibilities include cleaning and inspecting allocated apartments, replenishing amenities, managing linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies, ensuring cleanliness standards, assisting with linen inventory and resident laundry, maintaining equipment, reporting losses or damages, attending to resident needs, scheduling/performing periodic cleaning, daily checks to prevent abuse of linen/equipment, and participating in staff meetings to discuss policies and resident feedback.
