Job Summary
Intern, Operations and Strategic Project at Lloyd’s Singapore supporting regional transformation initiatives and market engagement across Asia Pacific. Responsibilities include assisting with a regional transformation project focused on future operating models and ways of working, planning and coordinating operational initiatives with timelines and documentation, analyzing and interpreting data to support reporting and process improvement, preparing high-quality materials such as presentations and reports, contributing to business process design and workflow improvements, collaborating across teams to support project delivery, and assisting in preparing materials to support market engagement across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. Requires strong Excel proficiency, data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, international insurance marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and interest in data-driven insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in financial services, insurance, or reinsurance
