Job Summary
Provides technical assistance under the direction of the registered nurse for a defined group of patients in the NICU to support quality patient outcomes. Performs patient-care activities and communicates with staff, patients, and guests. Contributes to the development and implementation of a plan of care under RN supervision, participates in activities to improve health care delivery, and engages in ongoing educational activities to build clinical leadership. Completes assigned goals and supports nursing staff in delivering care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire date
- Computer literacy
