Job Summary
Provides technical assistance under the direction of the registered nurse for a defined group of patients to achieve quality patient outcomes. Performs service functions and communication to staff, patients, and guests. Assesses the patient under the direction of a registered nurse; contributes to the development and implementation of a plan of care; evaluates the plan of care; provides patient care and assistance to nursing staff; participates in activities to improve health care delivery; builds knowledge base regarding clinical leadership; participates in ongoing educational activities; completes assigned goals. Requires graduation from a registered nursing program and awaiting licensure; BLS certification within 14 days of hire; computer literacy. This is a full-time night shift Nurse Intern II position located in Union City, TN.
