Job Summary
Assess patients, contribute to care plan development, and implement and evaluate plans under the direction of a registered nurse. Provide patient care and assistance to nursing staff as directed while participating in activities designed to improve health care delivery. Build clinical leadership knowledge and complete ongoing educational activities and assigned goals. Requires a registered nursing program graduate awaiting licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire; time in this category is limited to 90 days from graduation.
