Job Summary
Provides technical assistance under the direction of the registered nurse for a defined group of patients to achieve quality patient outcomes. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include assessing the patient, developing and implementing a plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse, evaluating the plan, providing patient care and assistance to nursing staff, participating in activities to improve health care delivery, building knowledge in clinical leadership, ongoing education, completing assigned goals, and requiring BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
