Job Summary
Assess patients, contribute to care plan development, and implement and evaluate plans under the direction of a registered nurse. Provide patient care and assistance to nursing staff as directed while participating in activities designed to improve health care delivery and building clinical leadership knowledge. Complete assigned goals and engage in ongoing educational activities. Requires current enrollment in an accredited nursing program with projected graduation within one year, BLS certification within 14 days, and computer literacy.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with projected graduation dates within 1 year of hire
- Meets or exceeds all academic requirements
- Documentation of current enrollment in an accredited registered nursing program
- Letter of good standing that includes projected graduation month/year
- Computer literacy
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire date
