Job Summary
Interns will engage in various aspects of a television station's operations, including sales, marketing, human resources, news production, digital media, meteorology, and promotions. Interns will need to submit a letter confirming they will receive academic credit and provide a cover letter outlining their interests and qualifications. The internship lasts 12-15 weeks and requires flexible working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in institution of higher learning
- Must be receiving college credit
- Entering juniors and seniors studying broadcast journalism, video production, marketing, human resource, or other communication degrees
- Provide a cover letter detailing internship interests and qualifications
- Provide a letter from Professor/Advisor certifying eligibility for internship
