Job Summary
Intern Analyst in Multifamily Asset Management supporting cash flow analysis, asset valuations, and preparation of Annual Business Plans and investor reports. Works closely with asset managers, leasing and property management teams, and lenders on quarterly reporting, draw requests, and site inspections. Responsibilities include cash flow analysis (sensitivity analysis, updating quarterly models), asset valuations, hold/sell analysis, and assisting with investor communications, with one-on-one training and mentoring from senior leadership. Located in Dallas, TX; in-person internship with up to 30 hours/week, and higher hours during Winter/Summer. MBA students may have a higher hourly rate.
Required Qualifications
- Academic level: Rising junior pursuing a graduate degree, seniors graduating in 2026, or MBA Candidate
- Hours per week: up to 30 hours (40 hours in Winter/Summer)
- Wages: $20/hour; $25/hour for MBA students
- Interest in Finance – Real Estate
