Job Summary
Monitor module ATE yield performance, identify yield detractors, and perform data analysis to support root cause investigations of yield loss and process-related problems. Drive process simplification and efficiency improvement initiatives by developing and evaluating AI-supported solutions to automate routine analysis and accelerate decision-making. Coordinate tester, handler, and hardware relocation activities between manufacturing sites while assisting in tool installation, setup, qualification, and release-to-production. Collaborate with Test Process Engineering and Operations teams to improve test cycle time, throughput, and overall SLT efficiency. Deliver a SOCAMM2 SLT current versus simplified process flow and present final project results summarizing problem statements, solutions, and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic
- Proven ability to conduct detailed data analysis and impact assessments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
