Intern - MMP pFA Lab

Internship role to support a MMP pFA Lab project at Micron, focusing on planning and evaluating SOCAMM-like underfill mechanisms for DDR4/DDR5 DIMMs. Responsibilities include defining test samples and target DRAM locations, coordinating with an AVL vendor for underfill and 90% perimeter cut experiments, performing laser-based depop to remove underfilled components, establishing success criteria for depop, and delivering an experiment plan, vendor evaluation report, laser depop results, a go/no-go recommendation, and an internship readout package. Candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering and be prepared to contribute to experimental design, data readouts, and technical documentation.
