Job Summary
Marketing Intern in the Benelux region supporting local sales teams across topics from trade fair leadership and e-commerce execution to market intelligence and launch execution. You will collaborate with Product Managers, sales, and cross-functional teams to implement trade marketing and visibility plans, develop media approaches and post-mortem analyses, manage national and regional campaigns, and support content management, promotions visuals, and in-store marketing strategies. Daily duties include leading promotions visuals adaptation with design agencies, driving e-commerce operational execution, setting up national/regional media campaigns, coordinating with external agencies (artworks, media), developing in-store promotional strategies with the sales team, and monitoring market trends (Nielsen/GFK) to adjust local strategies. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, fluency in English and either French or Dutch, strong stakeholder management, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive projects forward. The role involves collaboration with European cross-functional teams to create and implement local brand campaigns and to conduct post-mortem analyses to improve future plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial or a related field
- Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
- Strong interpersonal skills/relationship with stakeholders (internal & external)
- Result-oriented and willing to learn mindset
- Ability to move & drive project forward
