Job Summary
Identify and develop customer stories to drive Brand, Comms, and Events activations. Support workflow processes, manage metrics dashboards, and conduct quarterly assessments of company reviews to synthesize insights for leadership. Partner with functional teams to understand file taxonomies and drive the creation of a centralized document repository. Collect, query, and cleanse structured and unstructured data to improve transformation efforts and perform recurring audits for data integrity. Work with stakeholders across Brand, Comms, and Marketing to optimize content strategy and reach targeted talent audiences. Gain a strong understanding of operations roles in driving optimization around people, processes, and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- A quick, yet thoughtful decision maker who knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented, detailed, and organized with ability to manage time and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Passion for storytelling and identifying trends
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
