Job Summary
Internship program across four marketing tracks at ServiceNow, offering real-world projects in Brand Marketing (Customer Advocacy; Talent Brand), Digital Marketing (Associate Program Manager), and Marketing Transformation (Data Specialist). Responsibilities include identifying customer stories and activating brand/media initiatives, maintaining dashboards and metrics, assisting with career site content strategy, creating a centralized document repository, collecting and cleansing data for transformation programs, and supporting AI-driven efficiency improvements. Candidates should be quick decision-makers, highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and possess strong written/verbal communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with good proficiency in MS Office and a passion for storytelling and trends.
Required Qualifications
- Students/internship opportunities across various marketing functions
- Identify and develop customers/stories for Brand, Comms and Events activation
- Support processes and technology for workflows, pipeline, collaboration, requests and reporting
- Recruit customers and connect them to opportunities to promote them
