Job Summary
Intern Manager oversees the internship process from candidate interview through internship completion, developing learning contracts and objectives, coordinating with academic advisors and field placement managers to ensure hours and learning goals are met, and supervising interns to strengthen clinical practices. The role involves facilitating twice-weekly internship meetings, developing and delivering weekly learning curricula, providing administrative supervision and feedback on clinical documentation, and collaborating with School Based Managers and external partners to secure college/university partnerships. The position emphasizes trauma-informed care, professional development modules, supervision of interns, and ensuring privacy and safety in service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts CANS certification
- Master’s level clinician with training experience
- supervisory experience
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- ability to maintain privacy and safety
- CORI clearance
- three references (at least two professional)
- experience in behavioral health leadership in community-based settings
