Job Summary
Interns will engage in a 10-week immersive internship program focused on gaining hands-on experience in restaurant operations across various departments such as Events & Sales, Guest Relations, Marketing, and more. Interns will work full-time, between 30 to 40 hours per week, while developing hospitality skills, receiving feedback, and participating in a group project presentation. Applicants must have at least one year of relevant customer service experience and be either recent graduates or currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Business. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of hospitality, retail or other customer service experience is required
- Recent graduate or actively pursuing degree in Hospitality Business or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include some weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities and multiple products to hit timelines
