Job Summary
Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and installations within the production environment. Collaborate with experienced Shell technicians and engineers to gain practical experience in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Learn maintenance planning and execution processes to contribute to safe and efficient operations. Develop problem-solving skills by identifying technical faults and helping analyze, resolve, and restore issues. Work alongside mentors to share knowledge and apply high safety and quality standards. Gain insight into asset integrity and installation reliability for safe, efficient operations. Engage in a multidisciplinary team where initiative and curiosity are valued.
