Manage facility maintenance through planning, budget control, and staff evaluation. Oversee subcontract work quality for Center and National Office projects, coordinating with Center Management on CTST construction to ensure compliance with standards. Develop and implement the energy conservation program and a computerized work order system involving student participation. Prepare scopes of work for subcontracts and manage punch lists to meet local, Company, and Government expectations. Ensure staff adherence to break requirements, fill vacancies, and provide training for new and current employees. Motivate staff, address performance concerns, and develop talent for career progression.
