Job Summary
Conduct commercial customer service for national and international clients regarding permanent magnets, sensors, and measuring devices. Create quotations, sales confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices while supporting goods receipt and outgoing goods processes. Acquire new customers and provide continuous support to existing accounts alongside marketing efforts for product categories including electromagnetic and photoelectric sensors. Requires training in technical or business disciplines, strong analytic skills, and proficiency in German and English. Required Qualifications
- Training in a technical (e.g. electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) and/or business discipline
- Good analytic skills and technical understanding
- Self-motivation and independent way of working
- Good EDV skills and experience in usage of modern means of communication
- Experience in sales & marketing
- Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, etc.
