Job Summary
Intern in Product Innovation and Quality Control focusing on co-development of porous minerals, prototype production, and quality control; transfer of R&D formulations to prototyping, material characterization and certification support, planning/improving prototype production processes, and operating/maintaining the prototyping line while supporting the technical team on other issues. Requires hands-on, systematic problem-solving, teamwork, and proficiency in English (German a plus); knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Python, and CAD is advantageous. Internship located in Turgi, Aargau, Switzerland (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- Ideally ETH/FH materials science, mechanical or civil engineering with knowledge/passion for ceramic and cementitious materials
- Hands-on attitude and technical understanding
- Systematic problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and reliable
- English and ideally German proficiency
- Knowledge in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Python, CAD is a plus
- Swiss work permit
