Job Summary
Research and analyze legal issues, review and revise corporate contracts, and participate in contract negotiations under attorney supervision. Implement compliance plans for existing customer contracts and suggest improvements to company legal processes. Analyze Federal Acquisition Regulations and other rules applicable to federal government contractors. This part-time internship runs Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with the option to work remotely from a home office in Madison, WI. Base pay is $20/hour. Candidates must be currently enrolled as a JD student or accepted to an accredited law school for Fall 2025.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a JD student or accepted to an accredited law school for Fall 2025
- Rising 2L or 3L

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical problem solving skills and critical thinking
- Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks and problem solve
- Solid work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Previous work experience in a business or corporate setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
