Intern in Learning & Development to design and deploy training programs for sales enablement, support recruiting processes to improve candidate experience, build systems training for sales teams, operationalize a knowledge base for real-time information, and assist with distribution of SOPs and process guides. Experience with training principles, LMS, and CRM tools is expected; role involves collaboration with customer-facing teams and participation in two eight-week cohorts with paid hourly compensation of $25/hour.
