Job Summary
Prepare architectural and landscape design concepts in 2D and 3D, producing sketches, technical drawings, and visualizations using SketchUp, Lumion, and AI tools. Support project development by coordinating with design, operations, and client teams, attending site visits and meetings as needed. Research materials, products, and regulatory standards to ensure outputs align with safety requirements and government regulations. Organize design files and documentation while assisting with marketing and branding initiatives through visual content creation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Design, or related field
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Strong creativity, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Internship, academic projects, freelance work, or portfolio experience in design
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools for design, visualization, rendering, content creation, and workflow enhancement
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design platforms and the ability to integrate AI into creative and design processes
- Portfolio submission (academic, internship, or personal projects accepted)
