Job Summary
Support the development of the Knights of Columbus 2027 Strategic Plan by collecting, consolidating, and formatting department-level plans. Analyze and evaluate these plans against organizational goals and the Big 6 strategic priorities to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. Prepare reports and collaborate with leaders across multiple business functions to support strategic planning efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The internship is for Fall 2026 and involves working alongside senior leadership on hands-on strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
- Students pursuing an MBA or a high-performing undergraduate majoring in Business, Strategic Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday
