Job Summary
Intern - Investor Services at Mr. Cooper Group will perform root cause analysis of exception reports during the reporting cycle to correct data, conduct deep-dive analysis of cash outages and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them, and support investor reporting, remitting, and reconciliation for assigned GSE and PLS investors. The role emphasizes Excel proficiency and knowledge of LSAMS, SQL, and agency applications; the team is focused on timely, accurate reporting and analysis within the Investor Services function.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate to Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of LSAMS
- SQL
