Intern, Investigations Diligence and Compliance - Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct detailed reviews of subjects' digital footprints, focusing on social media content and reputational causes of concern. Perform social media analysis within an agreed framework, assist in research using databases and public domain tools, and document email reviews. Write well-structured, logical, and objective reports addressing clients' central questions, then effectively feedback findings and analysis to the Case Manager. Maintain accurate research records, organize case files, and communicate with international colleagues as required. Manage rapidly changing assignments to meet client deadlines while identifying learning needs to improve case-work performance. Work 30 hours per week in the Sao Paulo office to support the Investigations Diligence & Compliance team in resolving conflict through fact-finding and critical analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing bachelor's degree with a focus on complex problem solving, critical thinking, or analytical research from an accredited university or college
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 to December 2028
- Total Grade equivalent to at least 8/10 or B+
- Microsoft Office skills, with proven experience in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be able to work 30 hours per week
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to master new tasks and quickly develop a basic understanding of industries
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to obtaining outstanding results
- Strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly
