Job Summary
Administer, support, and maintain business applications within ISOL sub towers while engaging in first and second-level user support. Analyze malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and interface with third-level support for problem management. Manage ticket queues based on impact analysis, administer master data, and prepare technical documentation. Support application testing and manage application and user accounts. Prioritize work through impact analysis and maintain internal documentation systems.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field of study from a recognized IT program
- Basic understanding of ERP tools
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office product family
- Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with incident support and application development lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Quick comprehension
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet critical deadlines
- Passion for technology, affinity for IT, and good technical understanding
