Job Summary
Intern in I-KORP will learn about the ILO mandate and its coordination with constituents, gain experience in developing technical cooperation, policy support, capacity building, and knowledge sharing in the Asia-Pacific region, and work with ILO field staff to advance the ILO’s core mandates. You will participate in regular staff meetings and training, contribute to cross-cultural teamwork, improve your writing skills, and become familiar with ILO administrative procedures and development cooperation project execution. The role emphasizes learning through hands-on activities related to skills development, social protection, and youth employment in a regional context.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in final year of graduate degree programme or completed such a programme no longer than 1 year ago
- Working knowledge of English
- Proficient in basic computer software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to use AI tools for analytical purposes
