The Thunder's Fall 2026 Human Resources internship offers hands-on exposure to recruiting operations and employee experience. You will create, update, and post job opportunities across multiple boards and systems; monitor the employment inbox; review phone and Harver video interviews and summarize applications for hiring teams; schedule interviews and conduct phone screenings; initiate reference checks through Crosschq; collaborate with departments to support hiring processes; participate in department and cross-department meetings; assist with planning and executing employee events and participate in community engagements and career fairs. You’ll engage in shadowing opportunities, contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions, and perform administrative tasks as assigned. The role requires current enrollment in an accredited college or university, eligibility to receive course credit, the ability to work independently or on a team, strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; it is an in-person internship reporting to the Recruiter with a 16-20 hour per week schedule at the Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City, with occasional local travel and no housing/transportation provided.
