Job Summary

Support the Human Resources Team at Metropolitan Family Services through various administrative and HR-related tasks such as onboarding, document management, HR drive organization, and training material development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication and time management skills are required. Ideal candidates will be proactive, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail while working collaboratively in a diverse environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or Master's degree student majoring in applied psychology or human resources
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to learn the primary functions of a Human Resources Department
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to complete given tasks
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use good judgment, work well under pressure, adapt to change, and work collaboratively with individuals from all culturally diverse backgrounds
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, team and goal-oriented individual with the ability to drive results.
