Job Summary

Intern - Human Resources supporting HR Services and Onboarding Success. Responsibilities include processing and verifying New Hire I-9 documentation for regulatory compliance, processing contingent worker contracts via Workday, auditing expiring I-9s and coordinating reverification, maintaining New Hire Teams Channel, coordinating onboarding meetings with managers and partners, arranging employee departure and status-change meetings, auditing outstanding Workday transactions, and assisting with onboarding/orientation materials and documentation management. Projects include developing onboarding materials for quarterly audits, archiving and organizing documents on SharePoint/Teams, and creating process documentation for HR services, onboarding, and related programs. This internship provides practical HR exposure and supports automation and efficiency initiatives while building hands-on skills in employee lifecycle processes and documentation management.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: High School or GED
  • Preferred Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program or within 12 months post-graduation from an accredited education degree program
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus

Desired Qualifications
