Job Summary
Intern/working student in HR development to support organization and follow-up of diverse training offers. You will assist with research and analysis of personnel development topics to derive well-founded recommendations, gain insights into leadership development, and serve as a contact for ongoing education management across departments. Requires enrolled student status in a related field, strong German and English skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Opportunities include on-site work in Ulm with the team and a remote-work option, with flexible/part-time arrangements where applicable. The role emphasizes active support in day-to-day operations and participation in varied projects to enrich the team.
Required Qualifications
- enrolled student in (business) psychology or business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study
- very good German and English skills
- complete application documents (certificate of enrollment, transcript of records, and, if applicable, residence/work permit)
- proficient handling of MS Office
- willingness to work on site in Ulm
- ability to contribute proactively to HR development projects
