Job Summary
Execute end-to-end training programs by managing logistics, analyzing survey feedback, and preparing e-learning content. Maintain Learning Management System records and administer post-training surveys to measure program effectiveness. Research emerging digital and AI tools, organize internal workshops and town halls, and provide administrative support to the HR team. This six-month full-time internship supports WPP Media's AI-driven media operating unit, leveraging global networks for creative personalization at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Currently a junior/ senior student pursuing a BA degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Able to work independently, self-motivation, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn and contribute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Desired Qualifications
- availability for a full-time, 6-month internship is a plus
- Strong interest in Learning & Development
- comfortable working & interacting with people at scale including workshops, group meetings & company events
- Savvy with digital technologies and a keen interest in AI are a plus
