Job Summary
Intern to join HR Operations to support employee lifecycle initiatives, maintain employee databases and records, assist in onboarding/offboarding, manage attendance and leave data, coordinate employee engagement programs, prepare HR reports and dashboards, support policy communication and HR compliance, and help organize learning, development, and wellness initiatives. Hybrid shift (3:00 PM BST – 12:00 AM BST), Monday to Friday. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (HR Management preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and a professional approach to handling confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in HR Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Strong interest in Human Resources and HR Operations
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities or university clubs is highly appreciated
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
