Job Summary
HR Intern based in Singapore supporting Talent Acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement as part of Rakuten Viki's global HR team. The internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment for 3 to 6 months, with responsibilities including sourcing and end-to-end recruitment support, onboarding materials, exit processes, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR project support. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication, and a proactive, accountable approach.
