Job Summary
Health and Safety Intern based at Glovo Barcelona HQ to support health and safety matters in accordance with Spanish law. Design and propose measures to correct risks at technical and organizational levels, assist with accident investigations, create emergency plans and drills, oversee HS training, manage health surveillance, and coordinate with external providers and the CAE. Collaborate with the international team on HS aspects, design and revise work instructions, and support implementation of compliance initiatives. Requires a Master in Labor Risk Prevention, strong Excel/Sheets skills, fluent English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with proactive, organized, and creative problem-solving. Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recently completed Master in Labor Risk Prevention (Spanish regulation)
- Advance Office/Google Sheets skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Organized, proactive and creative
- Hands-on profile/mindset
- Great communication skills
