Job Summary
Graphic Design Intern responsibilities include designing and producing team assets for print and digital media (ads, sales collateral, posters, digital graphics, invitations, etc.), assisting in establishing design department policies, staying current with design trends and technology, and participating in internship activities. The role integrates with the Thunder’s in-house Marketing and Graphic Design team across departments to support branding and creative projects; program includes workshops, resume reviews, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and eligible to receive course credit for the internship
- Students pursuing a degree in graphic design/fine art preferred
- Experience using Creative Suite on the Macintosh platform working primarily in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Capable of working on multiple design projects in tandem, using strong organization skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Hardworking and successful at working in a team environment
