Job Summary
Internship on Global Legal Corporate & Regulatory team at Allianz Partners focusing on corporate, governance and insurance regulatory work. Tasks include conducting legal research on corporate law and governance topics, drafting and reviewing legal documents and governance materials in English, supporting international corporate and regulatory projects across jurisdictions, assisting with corporate approvals and board documentation, drafting intra‐group agreements, maintaining legal records, and providing administrative support while engaging with AI/data analytics tools. Requirements include admission to the Paris Bar School or enrollment in a Master’s program in Insurance/BFS/Business Law or equivalent, strong research and drafting skills, professional English fluency (French advantageous), attention to detail, and availability for a full‐time internship starting 1 July 2026. Location: Paris, France; Office-based role with international scope; prior internship in a law firm/financial institution/insurance company is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to the Paris Bar School (école d’avocats) and/or enrolled in a Master’s degree in Insurance Law, Banking & Financial Law, Business Law or equivalent; applications from students enrolled at the Institut des Assurances de Paris (IAP) are particularly welcome
- Strong research, analytical and drafting skills
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an advantage
- Availability for a full‐time internship starting from 1 July 2026
- Experience/involvement in corporate, governance and insurance regulatory topics preferred
- Ability to work with colleagues from different countries and functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and governance materials
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
