Job Summary
Intern - FX, Product Management at SGX Group. Be immersed in real-time work from Day 1 across the Product Management function: New Client Implementations, Mature Clients, Strategic Initiatives, and Analytics and Reporting for MaxxTrader. Responsibilities include coordinating client kick-offs, translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing functional solutions and user workflows, documenting Functional Specifications, and using Confluence and JIRA. Build relationships with stakeholders, manage client expectations, participate in client demos and planning, contribute to customer strategy and ROE discussions, drive efficiency in implementations, and prepare and distribute client trading analytics reports and dashboards for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of FX concepts, industry and financial markets
- Experience in trading/sales trading/account management in Equities, FX, Digital Assets or Fixed Income markets preferred
- Interest in a Customer focused role with an emphasis on creating long lasting partnerships
- Basic understanding of product management, including defining a Minimum Viable Product and feature commercialization
- Interest in technology and problem solving
