Job Summary
Internship in FX Client Services: Assist SGX FX support desk with client onboarding, troubleshooting, and operational support across SGX FX platforms including GUI, FIX API, and Excel plugins. Gain hands-on exposure to institutional FX workflows, client-facing support, and backend configuration tasks. Responsibilities include responding to client queries via ASKFX channels, onboarding clients to SGX FX platforms (BidExcel, GUI, FIX API), generating and distributing credentials and installation guides, maintaining and updating SOPs and escalation matrices, tracking support tickets and follow-up on resolution timelines, participating in internal meetings to review client feedback and support performance, and supporting backend configuration tasks such as currency additions, venue mappings, and firewall requests. Knowledge/skills: Undergraduate student in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; strong interest in FX markets and client support; excellent communication and documentation; familiarity with Excel, ticketing systems, and basic networking concepts; proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
