Job Summary
Intern for Physical Decarbonisation, Carbon Management Division at PETRONAS; assist the team in reducing GHG emissions across upstream operations, with exposure to energy efficiency, flaring and venting reduction, methane management, and low-carbon product strategies aligned with net-zero ambitions. Responsibilities include data analysis, preparation of technical and commercial evaluations, development of presentation materials for studies, business cases, and management reporting. Opportunity to contribute to carbon accounting, emissions tracking, and benchmarking following lifecycle assessment and GHG reporting frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience in energy transition and upstream decarbonisation strategies, supporting PETRONAS’ journey towards Net Zero Carbon Emissions.
