Job Summary
Complete clinical rotations and practicum duties as part of the treatment team at the Facility Based Detox Center. Maintain clinical documentation according to program and Medicaid standards regarding service provision, assessment, and progress reports for adults with mental health and substance use co-occurring disorders. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support service delivery while upholding high levels of confidentiality in a supportive learning environment. This unpaid internship aligns with your Health and Human Sciences degree curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Health and Human Sciences degree program
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to carry out assigned projects to completion
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
