Job Summary
Conduct daily facility inspections, report findings, and support preventive maintenance coordination for office equipment, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing. Manage facility-related employee requests, update maintenance logs, and participate in safety audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and EHS standards. Liaise with vendors and contractors during on-site works, inspections, and relocation or renovation activities. Assist the Facility team in maintaining company premises to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment while gaining exposure to industry standards tools and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or related fields
- Candidate must have own transport
- willing to working at Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of facility operations, building systems, or workplace safety is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask, working independently and collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
