Job Summary
This internship offers an opportunity to work with the Process and Equipment Engineering (PEE) team, supporting high-volume semiconductor manufacturing through data-driven engineering projects focused on process optimization, equipment performance, and operational efficiency. The intern will analyze large datasets from production tools to identify trends and propose actionable improvements. Key responsibilities include supporting root cause analysis for process or equipment-related issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Deliverables include data analysis reports and a final project presentation to engineering stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of data analysis (Excel, Python, or similar tools)
