Job Summary
Support national and international M&A transactions, divestments, joint ventures, and company foundations. Conduct company research and prepare strategic analyses, key financial figures, and business plans. Prepare company valuations using established valuation methods. Involve in preparing presentations for senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Studies in business administration, economics, business mathematics or industrial engineering with a focus on finance or accounting from the 4th semester onwards with suitable specialization subjects
- Relevant practical experience, e.g., internships at investment banks, accounting firms or strategy consultancies
- A general interest in financial markets
- Solid analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Very good German and English language skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong personal commitment, ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a global team
