Job Summary
Program Manager focused on Process Excellence to evaluate existing workflows and processes using scientific methodologies to identify enhancement opportunities, with particular focus on delivery strategy and vendor performance management. Build detailed implementation roadmaps, collaborate with mentors to refine processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams. Develop partnerships with business function owners, analyze customer touchpoints and helpdesk metrics to identify data-driven opportunities, and establish governance and reporting to ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver measurable results.
